Why Validate exists

Where validation usually breaks down
You may know who could use the technology. That is not the same as knowing who will actually buy it, on what timeline, and through which budget logic.
Aerospace markets are rarely won by broad TAM logic. You need a bottom-up view of where the first realistic commercial opening is.
Technical roadmaps are often precise. Commercial logic is often not. Validate gives the venture a clearer framework for customer relevance, timing, and decision-making.
The goal is not to make the venture sound better. The goal is to define whether there is enough evidence to build, pause, refocus, or stop.

Structured conversations with relevant stakeholders to test the venture against real buying logic, not just founder assumptions. The goal is to pressure-test urgency, fit, timing, and adoption barriers.

Questions
No. Validate is a fixed-fee program. CHF 8,000, no equity. Equity is only discussed if the founder later moves into Build.
Then the founder receives a full written assessment explaining why, with honest next-step recommendations. A no is still a valuable outcome if it prevents the wrong company from being built around the wrong assumptions.
Typically TRL 3 and above. There needs to be enough substance for a credible technical and commercial discussion. If it is earlier, we can still assess whether Validate is the right starting point.

Book an intake callA written Commercial Potential Report with a clear recommendation: proceed, refine and re-test, or stop before more time and capital are committed. If yes, the founder gets a clearer path into Build. If no, the founder gets an honest assessment of why.
If the founder completes Validate and proceeds into Build within 90 days of receiving the Commercial Potential Report, CHF 2,000 is deducted from the first Build retainer month.
No. Validate can be run remotely and is open to founders outside Switzerland as well.
After the intake call, SAV will assess fit and confirm whether Validate is the right next step. The goal is to make that decision quickly and clearly, without dragging the founder through a long pre-sales process.
